Boil the pasta until it is al dente. Meanwhile, remove the sausage from the casing
and cook it in 2 tsbps of olive oil until it is brown. Set aside.
Brown 1 medium onion diced, two cloves of garlic minced and 1 tsp (or
desired) of red pepper flakes in the remaining olive oil that the sausage was
cooking in. Steam the broccoli. Set aside.
Mix everything together on a medium
flame (except for the pasta). Add in 1
pint of heavy cream. Continue on a medium
flame for about 10 minutes.
Mix the pasta and asiago, parmesan, romano
cheeses in and you are done.
